All of the people from Bloom Renewables that we have interacted with were knowledgeable, professional and friendly.  During our purchase process we modified the design a number of times as my knowledge of the possibilities of the solar/battery system improved.  The Bloom team worked with us to get to a design that we are extremely happy with.
The installation went seamlessly and the workmanship is to a high quality.

Really excellent people to work with. All the elements of the solar power system were fitted quickly and tidily by  competent and efficient teams. I took off one star because it took a long time to get started - but that was because I had a roof containing a micro % of asbestos and the regs require new solutions. A good experience all round. Everyone we dealt with for our solar + battery system was helpful and knowledgeable, with some good advice. The Bloom Renewables team have recently completed our install of a solar system and battery backup and the knowledge, service, quality of work, and communication has been outstanding. What sets Bloom Renewables apart is their clear passion and commitment to renewable energy solutions.  We were recommended Bloom Renewables from a couple of other people which gave us the confidence to approach them when considering having solar installed.There was no 'hard sell' or overpromising instead there was a genuine desire to find the right solution for us. From the outset Rob Carney gave us the confidence to know we were in safe hands. There was a real in-depth preliminary survey of our property and location and well thought out suggestions around how to maximise harnessing solar energy from our South facing location.  No questions from us have been considered too stupid and every question has been met with patience and real listening to understand the customers requirements.  We felt the way we have been treated demonstrates that Bloom put the customer front and centre.  The team of 5 who turned up to work on the install were communicative, friendly and helpful.  Checking in with us along the way we made a few changes to routing points etc which the team accommodated without fuss or issue. We are immensely pleased with the install and the results it is giving us in terms of sun generated power already and has exceeded our own expectations in terms of its efficiency. In this day and age where companies promise you the world to sign on the dotted line Bloom Renewables is a complete breath of fresh air. The fact that as an organisation they are working on community based projects using solar demonstrates they are truly serious and committed to their purpose as a renewables company.  We have just come off a handover meeting with Rob who was checking in to see if we had any further questions and that everything is functioning as planned, and its just cemented in our minds what an amazing organisation they are and that others should know  what Bloom Renewables can do for you! I had Bloom Renewables come out and survey my roof after another solar installer had fitted panels incorrectly.  They provided me with a full report which ultimately helped me gain full compensation.  I was impressed with how thorough and professional they were and my only regret was that I didn't use Bloom Renewables in the first place.
